Welcome to GoLetter. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoLetter platform, tools, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

GoLetter is a digital marketing and newsletter growth agency that provides the following services:

  • Newsletter growth strategy and consultation.

  • Sponsorship acquisition and management.

  • Monetization support.

  • Social media and content design services.

  • Web and newsletter design.

  • Community and referral campaign setup.

  • Access to a directory of newsletters and resources. All services are delivered digitally and do not include physical goods.

2. Eligibility

To use GoLetter, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. By purchasing our services, you agree to Paddle’s terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.

  • Services are billed either as one-time payments or on a subscription basis as outlined on the website or in your custom proposal.

  • Subscription plans will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date.

  • All amounts are billed in USD and may be subject to local taxes, including VAT.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not generally offer refunds once services have been rendered or accessed. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, and tools provided by GoLetter remain the intellectual property of GoLetter unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a license to use these assets for their business but may not resell or redistribute them.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and cooperate with GoLetter to ensure timely delivery of services. You are solely responsible for your newsletter, including content published and compliance with data regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

7. Third-Party Tools

GoLetter may recommend or integrate with third-party services, including email platforms, analytics tools, or design software. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoLetter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. Subscriptions may be terminated by either party with notice, and no further billing will occur after termination.

10. Compliance with Paddle Requirements

GoLetter sells non-physical digital services and tools aimed at supporting newsletter operators and creators. All services are delivered electronically via the GoLetter platform or directly through email/Slack/project management tools. We do not sell physical products, gambling services, adult content, or anything that would violate Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
