Welcome to GoLetter. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoLetter platform, tools, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. Overview of Services

GoLetter is a digital marketing and newsletter growth agency that provides the following services:

  • Newsletter growth strategy and consultation

  • Sponsorship acquisition and management

  • Monetization support

  • Social media and content design services

  • Web and newsletter design

  • Community and referral campaign setup

  • Access to a directory of newsletters and resources

All services are delivered digitally and do not include physical goods.


2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and capable of entering into a binding contract. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


3. Payment & Billing

3.1 Processor. Payments are securely processed by Paddle. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle’s terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
3.2 Fees. Services may be billed as one-time purchases or as subscriptions, as shown on our website or your proposal. Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT).
3.3 Auto-renewal & cancellation window. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly on the billing date. You may cancel anytime by emailing support@goletter.co at least five (5) business days before your next billing date to avoid renewal. If notice is received later, the subscription renews for one additional month and then ends.
3.4 Invoicing. For subscriptions, prepayment for the upcoming term is required to schedule or continue Services.


4. Refund Policy

Because our Services are digital and begin promptly upon purchase or scheduling, refunds are generally not available once Services have been rendered or accessed. We may consider refunds case-by-case at our sole discretion.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, and tools we provide remain the intellectual property of GoLetter unless otherwise stated. We grant you a limited license to use such assets for your business. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute them without our prior written consent.


6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely cooperation. You are responsible for your newsletter and channels, including content, compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR as applicable), and any required disclosures. If you supply creative or subscriber data, you represent you have the rights and permissions to do so.


7. Third-Party Tools

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (email platforms, analytics, design tools, SMS providers, CRMs, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, security, or policies.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLetter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach, unlawful activity, or misuse. You may terminate a subscription per Section 3.3. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees already due or incurred.


10. Compliance with Paddle Requirements

We sell non-physical digital services supporting newsletter operators and creators. All services are delivered electronically (e.g., email/Slack/PM tools). We do not sell physical products, gambling services, adult content, or other items prohibited by Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy.


11. Electronic Communications; SMS/Text Messaging

11.1 Electronic communications. By using the Services, you agree we may contact you by email or other electronic means regarding onboarding, account notices, support, and offers related to our Services.
11.2 Consent required for SMS. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your prior consent. You may opt in by (a) checking a box or submitting a form expressly authorizing SMS, (b) providing verbal consent that we confirm via follow-up message (you must confirm to complete opt-in), or (c) texting a keyword to a number we control or otherwise subscribing. Transactional texts (e.g., scheduling, security, critical service notices) may be sent where reasonably necessary to deliver a Service you requested.
11.3 What you may receive. With consent, we may text you onboarding/help tips, scheduling and account updates, service notices, and limited offers related to GoLetter. We do not sell your phone number or send third-party SMS ads.
11.4 Frequency & charges. Message frequency varies by conversation (typically 1–6 msgs/month). Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11.5 Opt-out & help. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@goletter.co. After you text STOP, we may send one final message to confirm the opt-out.
11.6 No purchase condition. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
11.7 Recordkeeping. We may maintain records of SMS consent (timestamp, method, number) and your opt-out status.


12. No Guarantees; Marketing Outcomes

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., opens, clicks, impressions, revenue, or ROI). Any examples or case studies are illustrative and not promises of future performance.


13. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features to improve the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Venue for any permitted action lies in courts located in Delaware.
